- Project and risk management: Oversee project timelines, scope, and budget, while identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks and dependencies.
- Agile and Lean expertise: Apply knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and be proficient in Agile-specific tools and techniques, such as user stories, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Technical proficiency: Understand and utilize delivery management tools like Jira or Asana to track progress and streamline workflows.
- Continuous improvement: Promote a mindset of ongoing improvement within the team by facilitating retrospectives and making process adjustments.
- Soft and leadership skills
- Communication: Act as a bridge between the team, stakeholders, and clients, effectively communicating goals, progress, and complex information clearly and concisely.
- Leadership and team building: Guide and mentor teams, fostering an environment of psychological safety, self-organization, and team health.
- Adaptability: Remain flexible and capable of adjusting plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
