Job Description-
Must Skill : Salesforce Development background +worked as Scrum master in Agile environment
7+ years (Agile Delivery Lead) of experience leading large scale, enterprise product programs.
- Ability to influence, empower, and align stakeholders across a broad variety of job functions
through your relationships.
- Certified Agile scrum master
- Hosts Daily Stand-up Meetings, Sprint Planning Meetings, Retrospectives and Reviews
- Coach Team Members.
- Remove Roadblocks.
- Teach Scrum Practices
- Proficiency in applications such as Jira/Confluence, Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation.
- Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge
in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
- Collaborating with highly integrated cross functional teams.
