Main Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and fast-thinking Agile Delivery Coordinator to support the delivery and ongoing evolution of multiple Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the organization.
This role focuses on coordinating complex, interdependent delivery work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot/agents, and supporting Azure and security components. The coordinator will work closely with solution owners, Power Platform engineers, IT, data owners, and business stakeholders to ensure work is clearly defined, correctly sequenced, and actively managed through build, test, launch, and continuous evolution phases.
The role is well-suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys working with ambiguity, and is comfortable managing highly variable delivery paths using Agile and Kanban-based approaches rather than linear project plans.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery planning & sequencing
- Partner with solution owners during scope lock to break initiatives into explicit, trackable delivery tasks.
- Define and document required task sequencing across build, testing, iteration, and launch stages.
- Identify dependencies across people, systems, environments, and timing (e.g., IT, security, data readiness).
- Ensure delivery plans reflect the specific components involved (Power Apps, flows, datasets, portals, agents, Azure).
Kanban coordination & flow management
- Build and maintain Kanban boards covering all active Power Platform initiatives and live solution evolution work.
- Track committed tasks across MVP build, SIT, UAT, iteration, and post-launch enhancement.
- Monitor work-in-progress, blocked items, and sequencing risks.
- Actively manage task movement to ensure work progresses in the correct order.
Dependency & risk management
- Coordinate dependencies such as Azure security group creation, automation rewrites, data model changes, and site onboarding.
- Surface delivery risks, bottlenecks, and sequencing conflicts early.
- Highlight where work cannot proceed and clearly communicate why.
Multi-stakeholder coordination
- Coordinate across Power Platform engineers, IT/security teams, data owners, and business/site stakeholders.
- Manage handoffs between build, test, and business validation stages.
Visibility & reporting
- Provide clear, visual insight into delivery status across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Highlight upcoming critical path items and areas of delivery risk.
This position is 100% remote.
Qualifications
Must have
- Experience coordinating digital or platform delivery work.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Kanban delivery principles.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with interdependencies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience supporting enterprise or global digital tools.
