Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives) for two development teams
Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering self-organization and accountability
Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
Remove impediments and proactively manage risks
Facilitate cross-team coordination in a multi-site setup (Germany, India, US)
Ensure transparency in metrics (velocity, burn-down, predictability, quality indicators)
Promote DevOps and engineering best practices where applicable
Enable collaboration across hardware, software, and system engineering teams in the Energy domain
Guide stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation practices
Educational qualification:
B.E. / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE or equivalent
Experience :
8-12 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong Agile/Scrum background
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for multiple teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or scaled Agile exposure preferred)
Experience in engineering or product development environments
Ability to manage distributed/global teams
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills (working with Germany, India, and US teams)
Preferred Skills :
Experience inBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)or Energy domain
Exposure to embedded systems, power electronics, or industrial systems is an advantage
Experience in Non-Automotive industrial product development environments
