- Coaching Teams: Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to improve Agile maturity.
- Scaling Agile: Implement frameworks like SAFe, Disciplined Agile for large programs.
- Facilitation: Lead workshops, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies.
- Leadership Coaching: Help executives and managers embrace servant leadership and Agile mindset.
- Metrics & Improvement: Define KPIs (velocity, cycle time, value delivery) and drive continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives to embed Agile culture.
- Community Building: Establish Agile communities of practice and knowledge-sharing forums.
Preferred Skills
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP).
- Experience in Agile transformation programs across multiple teams or departments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence.
- Understanding of Lean principles and systems thinking.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
