We are currently managing the EMO program, which includes working with Appian, SAP, Servicemax, Azure Data Lake, and Education applications. Our medium-sized scrum teams are distributed and actively engaged with these applications.

We are in search of an RTE who can efficiently manage these distributed scrum teams with support from our leadership team. The EMO program is integral to our Recurrent Revenue Capability, HPM, EI, and Education programs.

Your role as Agile Coach will be crucial in streamlining and managing the various swim lanes that have been meticulously established.

RTE certificate or proven experience in RTE role is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the flow using various tools.
• Facilitate Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process.
• Summarize Team Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with software development and understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Ability to coordinate with and manage distributed teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
