About the Role
The Agentic Developer will be responsible for developing intelligent automation solutions using agentic frameworks and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop intelligent automation solutions using agentic frameworks
- Integrate generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Utilize Python and various LLMs (open-source & closed-source) for scalable automation workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions
- Stay updated with latest trends in agentic automation, generative AI, and LLM technologies
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years in AI/ML, generative AI, or automation development
- Hands-on experience with Python and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
- Proven record building and deploying RAG-based solutions
- Working knowledge of both open-source and closed-source LLMs
- Experience in production AI/automation tool deployment
- Exposure to CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment best practices
Required Skills
- Expert Python programming skills
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Worked with closed-source LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini etc.)
- Build and deploy RAG pipelines for automation tasks
- Experience with SQL and Vector database
- Prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM models
- Worked with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience in working with Linux (Ubuntu) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and quick learner of emerging technologies
