Job Summar
We are seeking an Agentic Commerce Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven commerce experiences powered by autonomous and semi-autonomous agents. This role will focus on leveraging AI agents to enhance customer engagement, automate purchasing workflows, personalize shopping journeys, and drive revenue growth across digital commerce platforms
The ideal candidate combines expertise in e-commerce, AI technologies, customer experience, automation, and digital transformation to build next-generation commerce solutions.
Key Responsibility
- Design and implement agentic commerce strategies that leverage AI agents for product discovery, recommendations, purchasing, and post-purchase support.
- Identify opportunities to automate customer and merchant workflows using AI-powered agents
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to integrate AI agents into commerce ecosystems
- Define customer journeys and conversational commerce experiences across web, mobile, messaging, and voice channels
- Evaluate and deploy AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent frameworks to support commerce initiatives
- Monitor agent performance, customer satisfaction, conversion rates, and business outcomes
- Develop governance frameworks for responsible AI use, privacy, security, and compliance
- Analyze customer behavior and transaction data to improve personalization and engagement
- Stay informed about emerging trends in AI, autonomous agents, retail technology, and digital commerce
- Create business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for agentic commerce programs
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, AI, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital transformation, AI products, customer experience, or related domains
- Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms and customer engagement strategies
- Experience working with AI-powered applications, conversational AI, chatbots, or virtual assistants
- Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, recommendation systems, and automation technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration platforms
- Knowledge of retail, marketplace, omnichannel commerce, and customer loyalty programs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services
- Experience implementing personalization engines and recommendation systems
- Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory requirements
