Agentic AI Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI, SLM & Agentic AI Architecture

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of LLM & SLM-based systems integrated with Agentic AI workflows for autonomous reasoning and decision-making.
• Select and fine-tune SLMs for domain-specific tasks such as predictive analytics, workflow automation, and operational assistance.
• Architect multi-agent systems with SLMs as specialized reasoning components.
• Ensure architectures meet industrial constraints including compute limits, security, redundancy, and real-time responsiveness.

Industrial AI/ML & Data Engineering

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML workflows for structured and unstructured data from IoT devices, sensors, time-series databases, and vision systems.
• Build data ingestion, transformation, and feature store pipelines optimized for generative AI training and inference.
• Integrate edge inference with centralized LLM services for decision support.
• Enable continuous learning pipelines with domain-specific retraining and fine-tuning.

Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems Development

• Deploy multi-agent solutions using: NVIDIA NIM/NeMo, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Haystack, Ray Serve.
• Implement SLM-powered agents for industrial diagnostics, documentation Q&A, safety monitoring, and autonomous alert resolution.

Platform & Ecosystem Expertise

• Deploy solutions across cloud and edge: NVIDIA (NeMo, CUDA, TensorRT, TAO Toolkit), AWS (SageMaker, IoT Greengrass), Azure (OpenAI, IoT Edge), GCP (Vertex AI, AI Edge).
• Optimize SLMs for edge responsiveness, efficiency, and compliance in industrial environments.

Leadership, Collaboration & Governance

• Collaborate with AI researchers, data engineers, industrial automation engineers, and domain SMEs to align AI solutions with operational KPIs.
• Promote responsible AI governance: auditability, explainability, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate complex AI architectures into actionable implementation roadmaps and ROI-focused business cases.
