Role: Manager - Agentic AI

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Budget: 30 to 33 LPA

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI applications and intelligent AI agents.
• Build multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop LLM-powered applications using LLaMA and other large language models.
• Leverage GCP services to build, deploy, monitor, and scale AI applications.
• Drive solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Lead and mentor AI engineers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Implement RAG pipelines, tool calling, memory management, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, security, reliability, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, models, and technologies to improve solution effectiveness.
