We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer with experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AWS Bedrock, Prompt Engineering, and Python development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered applications and autonomous agent systems using state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies.
This role requires strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, model deployment, and cloud-based AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI products that drive business innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and foundation models.
- Build intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, task execution, and workflow orchestration.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved model performance and business outcomes.
- Design and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Research and implement advanced Generative AI techniques, including GPT, VAE (Variational Autoencoders), and GAN (Generative Adversarial Networks).
- Develop AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, transformer architectures, and NLP frameworks.
- Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, user guides, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI development standards and best practices.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Generative AI services.
- Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM application development.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), GPT models, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as:
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- Keras
- Scikit-learn
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) applications and workflows.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, statistics, and software engineering principles.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and deployment practices.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions and autonomous AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or OpenSearch.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of computer vision applications.
- Experience with fine-tuning, model optimization, and inference acceleration techniques.
- Exposure to multi-agent systems and AI workflow automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
