Job Overview

WaferWire Cloud Technologies (WCT) is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – Agentic AI & Automation to support large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM migration programs.

This role is highly hands‑on and focuses on building AI agents and automation frameworks using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure, Python, and PowerShell to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and scale migration operations.

You will work closely with architects, program managers, and operations teams to design and operationalize agent‑driven automation for enterprise cloud migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to orchestrate CRM migration workflows, health checks, and remediation steps
• Automate customer and internal email responses using Copilot Studio, Outlook/shared mailboxes, and Power Automate
• Develop and maintain Python and PowerShell automation executed on Azure VMs for long‑running or privileged migration tasks
• Build agent‑driven automation for:
• Pre‑migration checks
• Failure analysis and retry logic
• Telemetry and log analysis
• Incident and alert creation
• Integrate automation with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service, Storage, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Kusto
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify manual processes and convert them into scalable, reliable automation
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, audit, and enterprise production standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on software engineering experience with ownership of production systems
• Strong experience in Python and PowerShell for automation and orchestration
• Hands‑on experience building automation systems, bots, agents, or workflow engines
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, or AI Builder
• Experience running workloads on Azure VMs, including logging, credential management, and failure recovery
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, Managed Identity), and system integration
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience automating email workflows using Outlook APIs, shared mailboxes, or Power Automate
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of agentic AI patterns (multi‑step agents, tool calling, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows)
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics (Kusto)
• Background in enterprise migrations, operations automation, or large‑scale batch processing
• Strong documentation and runbook‑writing skills
