About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Program Management, Agentic AI, and Enterprise Application Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend applications, APIs, and intelligent automation solutions. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on software engineering, stakeholder management, and program execution skills to drive complex digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Python applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Drive end-to-end program execution while ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and project timelines.
- Architect and develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following engineering best practices.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, databases, third-party services, and enterprise applications.
- Design, implement, and optimize data processing pipelines and workflow automation solutions.
- Leverage Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation technologies to enhance business processes and decision-making capabilities.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, security assessments, and application performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor developers and technical teams while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure application scalability, availability, security, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support cloud-native solution development and modernization initiatives.
- Establish development standards, architectural best practices, and governance processes.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 12-15 years of experience in Software Development, Technical Leadership, or Dev Lead roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python application development and backend engineering.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise application development and transformation programs.
- Proven expertise in Program Management and end-to-end technology delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLM integrations, and intelligent automation frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data processing pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience building secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and drive technical decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
