Agentic AI Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Agentic AI to design and develop scalable, intelligent business process automation solutions. The role involves building Camunda-based workflow applications, backend microservices, and modern user interfaces while integrating AI-driven decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow orchestration, cloud technologies, system integrations, and end-to-end application delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Develop Camunda BPMN and DMN workflows by translating Pega processes into scalable and executable automation solutions.
• Build and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot for workflow execution, business logic, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop UI components using React or Angular to enable human task interaction, workflow monitoring, and case management.
• Integrate Camunda with REST APIs, messaging platforms, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Embed Agentic AI capabilities within workflows using LLMs, AI services, and API-based integrations to support intelligent decision-making and automation.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions covering workflow orchestration, backend services, APIs, and front-end applications.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability across the solution landscape.
• Support testing, deployment automation, CI/CD implementation, and production optimization activities.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and development teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across workflow, integration, and application layers.
• Work independently in customer-facing environments and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Between 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience in a Agentic AI Engineer or similar role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Java, Springboot, Agentic AI.
• Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Candidates with a BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA from a recognized university are preferred.
• Strong academic foundation in Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, Software Engineering, and Distributed Systems.
• Relevant certifications in Camunda BPM, Java, Spring Boot, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to enterprise application development, workflow automation, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies during academic or professional experience is desirable.
