Mandatory Technical Skills: Agentic AI, LLMs, Microsoft Foundry, Fabric IQ, Gemini Enterprise - Vertex AI or AWS Bedrock, Langgraph, MLflow/langfuse

Required Experience

• 5–8 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI development (must-have).
• Must have worked on at least 2 production projects or 2 customer deployments in GenAI/Agentic AI (must-have).
• Hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler GenAI platform — Microsoft Foundry, Fabric IQ, Gemini Enterprise (Vertex AI), AWS Bedrock, or Kiro (must-have).
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks (must-have).
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph for agent orchestration (must-have).
• Exposure to DSLM (domain-specific/small language models) (must-have).
• Hands-on experience with MLflow and/or Langfuse for LLMOps and observability (must-have).
• Experience supporting pre-Sales, solution design, and customer-facing engagements.

Core Skills & Expertise

• Multi-agent system design, tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration.
• Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models; prompt engineering and lifecycle management.
• RAG architecture and mitigation of hallucinations / reliability patterns.
• Cloud-native development practices (APIs, microservices, event-driven design).
• Data engineering fundamentals with Snowflake/Databricks.
• Model observability, monitoring, and cost-conscious engineering.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior customer project experience in the Agentic AI space.
• Strong R&D mindset with willingness to rapidly learn and prototype new tools/frameworks as they launch.
• Ability to join at short notice.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
