Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Generative AI Engineer at Kroolo. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to enhance the productivity platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize AI solutions, conduct experiments, and provide technical expertise. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall AI strategy and help drive innovation in the field of generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services using FastAPIs
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered features and functionalities using agentic frameworks like Agno, LangChain
• Create and deploy custom AI agents for workflow automation, example using Langflow
• Implement parallel processing techniques to enhance system performance
• Maintain and improve existing AI applications and server infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our product ecosystem
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code
• Stay updated with the latest developments in generative AI and implement innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6-12 months experience in building Agentic AI applications
• Have built multi-modal AI agents
• Proficiency in FastAPI
• Experience integrating and working with LLM APIs (GPT4, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as Agno, LangChain, or similar tools for building autonomous AI agents
• Thorough understanding of RAG and Hybrid RAG
• Experience with parallel processing techniques and optimization
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud services
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
