Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role :

We build full stack products and the AI agents inside them: multilingual voice agents handling live sales calls, back office agents keeping CRMs current, and the web platforms around them. Our development process is AI first. Modern AI coding tools are part of the daily workflow, applied with rigorous engineering judgment. You will own features end to end for our US brands, from frontend and backend to agents and deployment. Early career candidates are welcome. We evaluate working software, including substantial personal projects, over years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ship full stack features end to end using React or Next.js frontends and Python, PHP, or Node backends with real deployments
• Design and build task specific AI agents for real workflows like lead qualification, CRM updates, call handling, and order handoff
• Apply AI assisted development to accelerate delivery while owning correctness, security, and final review
• Deploy and operate systems in production on Google Cloud and classic hosting, with monitoring and runbooks
• Implement guardrails including call auditing, compliance safe wording, and human handoff logic when it matters
• Measure agents against ground truth using real call recordings and task outcomes, not synthetic benchmarks
• Integrate with Zoho CRM and telecom provider APIs, including retry logic and failure handling

Qualifications:

• A portfolio of working software you can present and explain
• Production experience is preferred; substantial personal and open source projects are equally considered, and freshers are welcome
• Full stack fundamentals with proficiency across a JavaScript or TypeScript frontend and a Python, PHP, or Node backend
• Daily fluency with AI coding assistants, combined with the judgment to review and validate their output
• Understanding of how to evaluate agent output against real world ground truth rather than demo performance alone
• Working knowledge of cloud deployment is a plus, ideally Google Cloud like Cloud Run, Firestore, or Cloud Tasks
• Comfort owning a system end to end in a small team from design through production support
