• Agentic AI Developer JD :
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise integrations
• Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Configure topics, actions, and knowledge sources.
• Develop multi-turn conversational experiences.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with:
• Salesforce
• D365 Finance & Operations
• ServiceNow
• SharePoint
• Dataverse
• Develop API-based and MCP-based integrations.
• Build Power Automate workflows.
• Implement HITL approval processes.
• Configure Dataverse tables and environments.
• Configure generative answers.
• Implement RAG patterns.
• Design prompt templates and grounding strategies.
• Execute golden test corpus validation.
• Support UAT and production deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot agent performance.
