Agentic AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically strong Agentic AI Developer. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of Agentic AI-based productivity solutions. These solutions will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, enterprise APIs, business applications, documents, databases, and knowledge repositories to automate tasks and improve employee productivity.

Candidates who have strong software development fundamentals and basic exposure to Generative AI/LLMs, but who may not yet have extensive professional AI experience.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development

•Design, develop, test, and enhance AI-powered productivity applications.

•Develop AI agents capable of understanding user requests, reasoning through tasks, and invoking appropriate tools or APIs.

•Implement LLM-based features using commercial and/or open-source AI models.

•Develop solutions using LLMs, Prompt engineering, RAG, Vector search, Function/tool calling, AI agent workflows, API integrations

•Experiment with different AI models and frameworks to identify appropriate approaches for business use cases.

Application Development

•Develop production-quality applications using Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.

•Build REST API integrations with enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.

•Work with databases, files, documents, and structured/unstructured enterprise data.

•Develop reusable components and services for AI applications.

•Write unit tests and perform debugging and troubleshooting.

•Participate in code reviews and follow established software development practices.

AI/RAG Solutions

•Build basic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

•Connect AI applications to enterprise knowledge sources.

•Work with document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and response generation.

•Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and usefulness.

•Improve prompts and retrieval strategies based on evaluation results.

Mandatory Skills

Software Development

Candidates must have:

•Strong programming fundamentals in at least one of: Python — preferred, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript

•Good understanding of Object-oriented programming, Data structures and basic algorithms, REST APIs, JSON, SQL/database fundamentals, Git/version control

•Debugging and troubleshooting

Extensive professional AI experience is not mandatory.

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:

AI Platforms & Frameworks

•Microsoft CoPilot, CoPilot studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline.
