Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect – AI Solutions to design and govern scalable, enterprise-grade AI architectures. This role focuses on building production-ready AI systems, including agent-based frameworks, workflow-embedded AI, and enterprise integrations, enabling organizations to scale AI solutions beyond pilot stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable architectures and reusable patterns
- Define architectural patterns for orchestration, memory, evaluation, and secure integrations
- Provide oversight across design, development, deployment, and operational readiness
- Guide trade-offs across cost, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Design and implement agent-based AI frameworks and multi-agent systems
- Develop workflow-embedded AI solutions with governance and auditability
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive AI adoption
- Contribute to enterprise AI platforms and architecture ecosystems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in solution, system, or enterprise architecture
- Strong experience in cloud-native, API-driven, event-based, and composable architectures
- Experience with Databricks architecture, including data patterns, model serving, and secure deployment
- Experience with agent-based AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools
- Experience designing multi-agent systems with orchestration, memory, and integration capabilities
- Knowledge of AI evaluation techniques including performance, robustness, and cost considerations
- Experience designing workflow-integrated AI solutions with governance and auditability
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in domains such as engineering, manufacturing, or product support
- Familiarity with Azure-based AI and application architectures
- Experience with enterprise search, RAG architectures, and knowledge integration systems
- Experience designing scalable, reusable AI solutions across enterprise environments
