What Were Looking For
We want an intern who can build, host, and optimize AI bots and workflows, and actively iterate them to drive measurable results. You will create work flows and automations for GROWTH Channels [ P1 ] and also help in productivity, sales and growth operations, and AI-powered content workflows. This is an in-person role from our Indiranagar office.
You Must Have- Proven experience in building bots using coding skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation tools like N8N or Make (Integromat)
- Experience in hosting agents and connecting APIs to real-world workflows
- Ability to iterate and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and output
- Comfort working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for text/image generation and task automation
- Problem-solving mindset ability to troubleshoot failures and improve continuously
What Youll Do
- Build and host agentic AI bots for internal productivity, growth, and founder workflows
- Create automation pipelines using N8N/Make to streamline sales, CRM, and team processes
- Design bots for growth content generation, scheduling, and publishing
- Continuously improve and iterate workflows based on performance metrics
