We are looking for an Agentforce Functional Consultant to design, build, and implement scalable, AI-powered agentic solutions on the Salesforce platform. This is a hybrid tech-functional, client-facing role that requires an equal blend of strategic solutioning, stakeholder management, and hands-on technical delivery of Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions.

You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution—translating client needs into intelligent agent experiences while personally architecting and configuring the underlying solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, data governance standards, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Solutioning

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Discovery: Engage client stakeholders across business, marketing, and technology teams, and lead workshops to identify requirements, surface data gaps, and evaluate configuration vs. coding trade-offs.
  • Solution Design: Translate business needs into agent designs, data architectures, and implementation roadmaps across the Salesforce stack.
  • Presentations: Deliver capability demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution pitches to senior client leadership.

2. Agentforce Design & Technical Delivery

  • Agent Development & Ownership: Own the technical delivery of Agentforce solutions—designing, building, and maintaining AI agents and customizations across the full Salesforce technology stack.
  • Data Cloud Integration: Integrate diverse technologies with Data Cloud and Agentforce, covering data modeling, profile unification, and cross-product data mapping.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Lead Agentic Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and integrations with platforms such as SFMC, AWS Pinpoint, and Oracle Cloud, including inbound and outbound data connectors.
  • Data Governance: Perform data profiling and establish data governance frameworks and standardization protocols.

3. Capability Development & Business Enablement

  • Practice Growth: Help scale the organization's Agentforce service offerings and solution frameworks, and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and proposals.
  • Best Practices: Develop accelerators and reusable assets, and stay up to date with Salesforce's latest innovations.

4. Delivery Oversight

  • Team Leadership: Manage technical project teams (onshore and offshore) and act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee project milestones to ensure solutions meet functional and performance standards and stay aligned with the client's original business vision.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 6–8 years overall, with a minimum of 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem (Agentforce, Data Cloud / CDP, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Agentic AI Expertise: Hands-on experience developing AI agents in Agentforce or other agentic / AI platforms.
  • Development Strength: APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or equivalent), and Salesforce security, identity, and access control best practices.
  • MarTech Architecture: Data modeling and profile unification, segmentation and audience management, and automation and orchestration across SFMC and Data Cloud.
  • Solutioning Expertise: Ability to decompose complex business problems into scalable, high-performance solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
  • Consulting & Communication: Client-facing consulting experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams across the SDLC, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Domain Awareness: Understanding of the Pharma Commercialization Lifecycle or similar complex, regulated industry value chains.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
  • Generative AI & Innovation: Understanding of GenAI frameworks and Vibe Coding (AI-assisted development) for rapid prototyping.
