We are seeking an organized, motivated, and technically skilled Travel Agent to join our Payouts Team in Mumbai and Pune.
This role is part of the Customer Service function and plays a key role within our Back Office operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can drive execution excellence and contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently
- Handle financial transactions with a high level of precision
- Maintain strict attention to detail and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and operational procedures
As a Payouts Travel Agent, you will work extensively with financial transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a consistent focus on accuracy and quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle Refund Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link) & Google sheets
- Prioritize and handle payouts to our end customers
- Control handled payouts in respective systems
- Manage pending backlog in timely manner
- Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues
- Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations
- Cooperate with other teams to resolve any pending issues.
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Tourism/ Business Administration or any quantitative subject)
- At least one year experience as a Travel Agent
- Experience with airline, OTA's CRM & software
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-driven, proactive and results oriented
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
