Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agent Force Life Science Veeva CRM Developer based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves designing, configuring, and developing solutions on Veeva CRM tailored to life sciences and pharmaceutical use cases, including customer engagement workflows, field force automation, and compliance-related features. The developer will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, implement enhancements, and ensure system stability and performance. Daily responsibilities include customizing Veeva CRM modules, integrating with other enterprise platforms, troubleshooting issues, performing unit testing, and maintaining documentation for configurations and releases. The role also requires participation in agile ceremonies, supporting deployments, and contributing to best practices and technical standards within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Veeva CRM (preferably in life sciences or pharmaceutical domain), including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Strong Salesforce platform skills, such as Apex development, Visualforce/Lightning components, workflows, and process automation.
• Knowledge of CRM concepts, field force operations, and customer engagement processes in regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies and APIs (REST/SOAP), and familiarity with connecting CRM systems to other enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of software development practices, including version control, unit testing, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, prepare technical designs, and produce clear implementation and release documentation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid teams across locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Veeva or Salesforce are an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce ecosystem, Azure, or similar) and awareness of security, scalability, and performance considerations
