Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Agency Sales Manager will oversee recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include driving sales growth through agency channels, building strong relationships with financial advisors, devising and implementing strategic plans to increase productivity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies within the sales team. The role also involves tracking performance metrics and providing regular reports to senior management.

- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills to build and maintain relationships
- Sales and marketing expertise, with an understanding of insurance products and strategies
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in the insurance domain or financial services industry is an advantage
