Role Description

We are seeking an Agency Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Agency Sales Manager will oversee and expand relationships with top media agencies like Publicis, WPP, IPG, HAVAS, etc, identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, analyzing market trends, building strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in managing client relationships and growing revenue.
  • Understanding of adtech, digital advertising, and campaign management, with knowledge of programmatic advertising being a plus.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and identify growth opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience in agency sales management or a similar role is preferred.
