Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Relationship Manager based in Mumbai. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with insurance agents and channel partners to drive business growth and meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new agents, supporting existing partners, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and superior customer experience. The Agency Relationship Manager will also analyze performance metrics, resolve queries, and develop strategies to enhance channel productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in relationship building, managing distribution networks, and cultivating agency partnerships
- Strong skills in sales strategy, achieving targets, and growing revenue from agency channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with Agents.
- Problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic industry
- Minimum Educational Requirement: Graduation (Bachelor's degree) from a recognized university. Post-graduate or higher qualifications are preferred.
- Prior experience in the general insurance with2-3 year's experience.
- Proficiency in industry-related tools and software, as well as basic digital literacy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
