Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agency Partner based in Bhilai, offering the flexibility of occasional work from home. The Agency Partner will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, recruiting and mentoring insurance advisors, and driving sales initiatives. The role involves setting performance targets, executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring quality customer service through effective relationship management. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on achieving targets
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities
- Proficient in strategic planning and market analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
