Job Summary

The Agency Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team of health insurance advisors, driving business growth, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard potential insurance advisors.
• Train, activate, and develop advisors on health insurance products and sales processes.
• Drive business through the advisor network and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor advisor performance and improve team productivity.
• Conduct joint field calls and provide sales support and guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
• Maintain accurate business reports and records.
