Location : DELHI HARIDWAR Dehradun Sonbhadra Hardoi- Unnao Prayagraj Lalitpur - Ayodhya
Salary : 4 Lacs + Monthly Incentives + Transport Allowance + other Perks
Age- Maximum 38 year
Job Responsibilities / Key Accountability:
1) Identification and recruitment of Agents to source Motor Insurance
2) Imparting training to agents and do joint calls with them
3) Ensures Agents are active month on month
4) Strictcly adhere to Company process and compliances
5) Agents training and motivation
Requirement :
1) Candidate from Agency Sales background with good agent base. 2) Candidate should min. 2 year of Agency experience in Motor Insurance. 3) Candidate should be graduate / Post graduate. 4) Should be local and minimum 5 years of local residence
