The Agency Manager/Senior Agency Manager at HDFC Life Insurance Co Ltd will be responsible for leading a team of insurance agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring the team meets their targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance market, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and training a team of insurance agents.
- Setting sales targets and ensuring that the team meets these targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share.
- Managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
- Understanding of insurance products and the financial services industry.
- Sales experience, particularly in insurance or financial services, is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
