Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Jaipur. The Agency Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the agency, develop and execute strategic plans, and manage a team to ensure targets are consistently met. Other responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, training and mentoring team members, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise, guide, and motivate a team.
  • Strategic planning and operational management experience to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Relevant experience in the recruitment or corporate training industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant business software.
