Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Kharagpur. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of insurance agents, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating agents, as well as monitoring their performance and providing ongoing support. The Agency Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, recruitment, and training
- Proficiency in sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
