Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Agency Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Agency Manager will lead, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets across residential, commercial, and retail properties. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking sales activities, guiding agents on client acquisition and property presentations, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the transaction cycle. The role involves coordinating property site visits, negotiating deals, supporting documentation and closure, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners. The Agency Manager will also monitor local market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and ensure adherence to company processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills to guide and motivate an on-site real estate sales team.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, agency operations, or related client-facing roles, ideally within residential or commercial property segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze local market trends, pricing, and inventory to support sales strategies and agent performance.
- Comfort with basic technology tools and CRM systems for lead management, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate are an advantage.
- Prior experience working in the Pune real estate market or similar metropolitan region is a plus.
