Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets. They will oversee daily operations, provide strategic guidance, monitor team performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes developing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong client and agent relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including recruitment and team building
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to provide training and mentoring to team members
  • Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
