Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager based in Aurangabad. The Agency Manager will oversee and manage relationships with insurance agents and intermediaries, ensuring achievement of targets related to sales, client acquisition, and policy renewals. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring agents, driving business expansion, and implementing sales strategies. The Agency Manager will conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support agents in providing excellent service to customers.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience in sales planning, business development, and achieving set targets
- Proficiency in market analysis and customer relationship management
- Ability to train, mentor, and guide agents or teams towards achieving goals
- Proven knowledge of the insurance sector, policies, and regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills under dynamic conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or agency management is a significant advantage
- Ability to operate effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced work environment
