Job Description
- Manage and develop a network of insurance advisors/agents.
- Support advisors in achieving business and performance objectives.
- Identify and onboard potential advisors from the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships and provide regular training and guidance.
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent business growth.
- Handle customer and advisor queries and provide necessary support.
Preferred Experience: Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel experience preferred.
