Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage insurance advisors and agents.
- Drive health insurance sales through the agency channel.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
- Train, motivate, and support advisors to improve sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
