Agency Manager-CTC UPTO 4.5 LPA

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Identify, recruit, and appoint new Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Conduct training and orientation programs to develop advisors product knowledge and sales skills.

Team Management & Development:

• Guide, motivate, and monitor the performance of advisors.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and field visits to support sales activities.
• Ensure advisor productivity and activation.

Business Development:

• Drive sales through the advisor network to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Generate leads through advisors, market activities, and customer referrals.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and persistency of business.

Sales & Market Engagement:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Organize customer meets, promotional events, and local marketing campaigns.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit periodic reports to management.
