Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors for life insurance product sales
- Train, motivate, and guide Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets on time
- Share timely product knowledge and updates to improve selling effectiveness
- Conduct regular training sessions for better understanding of insurance products and sales techniques
- Drive consistent business generation through recruited Financial Advisors
- Support advisors in field activities including joint calls and customer meetings
- Monitor performance and ensure alignment with company objectives
Required Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team and meet performance targets
- Experience in field sales, recruitment, or team handling will be an added advantage
