The Agency Development role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow in the field of agency management. This position involves supporting the development of strategic partnerships with agencies and helping to drive business growth through effective relationship management.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of agency strategies to increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential agencies.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide training and support to agencies on products and services offered.
Monitor agency performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of market research techniques and strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical skills to assess agency performance and market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
