Job Description

Channel Program Implementation & Management

  • Implements channel programs and policies as directed by corporate leadership.
  • Recruits, approves, and manages Agents.
  • Manages channel portfolio effectively to avoid potential conflicts with other sales team members.
  • Agent Channel Manager works to ensure effective implementation of the company strategies and tactics designed to obtain goals and objectives.

Business Development & Sales Achievement

  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to create more revenue generating opportunities.
  • Responsible for territory sales volume and quota on a monthly basis through Agent sales channels.
  • Provides weekly sales forecasting to leadership.
  • Expected to meet a monthly sales quota(s) as set by leadership.
  • Responsible for interfacing with assigned agent for the purpose of growing the business relationship and achieving the budgeted sales volumes.
  • Manages defined revenue and volume objectives for each Agent.

Agent Training & Support

  • Continually educates and trains Agents on Business products and services.
  • Coordinate with corporate trainers to provide specific product training to Agents.
  • Meeting with Agents to align business goals between the Agent and Business, and establishing plans of action for the Agent to achieve those goals.

Lead Management

  • Efficiently identify appropriate Account Executive to close sales leads that referral agents generate (when applicable).
