Agency Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Palai. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and training agents to achieve sales targets and meet organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing potential agents, ensuring their performance, conducting training programs, motivating agents to maximize business, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves strategic planning and engagement to enhance overall team productivity.

• Sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify potential agents and achieve sales targets
• Leadership, mentorship, and training skills to motivate and guide agents effectively
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic planning and organizational skills for team and business growth
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, especially in Protection, Pension, Savings, and Health products, is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
