Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Recruitment and Development Manager based in Samastipur. The role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding agency partners to build a strong distribution network. The Manager will conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance agents product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness. Daily responsibilities include setting performance targets, monitoring sales activities, reviewing productivity, and providing coaching and feedback to agency teams. The role also includes planning local market development initiatives, supporting agents in client acquisition and retention, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Collaboration with branch leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve agency performance is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present, influence, and build relationships with diverse agency partners and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Training & Development and Training, with experience designing and delivering sales, product, and soft skills programs.

Experience in Recruiting agency partners or sales professionals, including sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.

Understanding of Insurance products and sales processes, preferably in life insurance or financial services.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a specialization in business, finance, or insurance is an advantage.

Proven experience in sales, distribution management, or agency development roles, ideally within the insurance or BFSI sector.

Ability to work with targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement action plans to improve results.

Comfort working on-site in Samastipur with willingness to travel locally for agency and client meetings as needed.
