Position Summary The Agency Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that the agency channel operates in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This role entails fostering relationships with clients to uphold integrity and accuracy in life insurance sales, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. Principal Responsibilities - Manage and develop agency sales partnerships to drive growth in life insurance products. - Conduct training sessions for agents to ensure a thorough understanding of products, compliance standards, and sales techniques. - Monitor field sales activities to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to agencies, assisting them in achieving their sales targets. - Evaluate sales performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity within the agency network. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that accurately represent product offerings. - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and ensure data integrity within reporting systems. Eligibility and Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Banking and Insurance (BBI), or related fields. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; professional experience is not mandatory but may be beneficial. - Familiarity with life insurance products will be an advantage.
