- Recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.

- Ensure quality business and adherence to company processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is Mandatory

Minimum 1 Year of Sales Experience (Any Industry)

Age: 21–33Years

Good communication and leadership skills

Willingness to work in a sales and field-oriented role

Compensation & Benefits:

Package will depend on experience upto 5.00 LPA+incentives
