Agency Account Manager

This is a full-time, remote Agency Account Manager role. As the Agency Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing and branding projects. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans for clients, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations. You will also identify opportunities to expand client relationships and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Account Management and Client Relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships
• Project Coordination and Time Management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities
• Experience in Branding, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing strategies
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with marketing and branding in industries such as technology, IIoT, AR, Blockchain, or AI is highly valued
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to address client needs effectively
