Core Responsibilities:

• Warranty claim handling
• Issue diagnosis and resolution
• Customer and dealer coordination
• Dealer network development and support
• Basic product-level analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Maintaining service data and reports using Excel

Key Requirements:

• B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Basic knowledge of E-bikes, batteries, and motors
• Willingness to learn process management, dealership network operations, and customer handling
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C after-sales service processes
