After-sales Service Engineer in India

Job Responsibilities

1. Liaise with energy storage EPC partners and end users, and be responsible for on-site commissioning and after-sales service for energy storage projects;

2. Oversee the operational management of local service centres, continuously strengthen the team's service capabilities, and enhance the operational standards of the service centres;

3. Follow up on customs clearance procedures for spare parts, and be responsible for spare parts warehousing and control, stock planning and demand management;

4. Collaborate with technical experts at head office to jointly address complex equipment faults and batch failures, and ensure issues are resolved thoroughly.

Job requirements

1. A bachelor's degree or higher, with at least two years experience in the energy storage sector;

2. Fluent in English, able to carry out technical and commercial work independently in English;

3. Relevant work experience in operations and maintenance or after-sales services within the energy storage sector;

4. Experience in international supply chain management and the operation of overseas spare parts stock is an advantage;

5. Preference will be given to members of the local Chinese community in India.
