Role Description

This is a full-time, remote After Sale role at Bhawani Fitness. The After Sale professional will be responsible for engaging with clients post-purchase to ensure a seamless experience, addressing customer queries, facilitating follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities may involve providing product or program training and supporting sales management efforts to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Sales and Sales Management experience for driving client retention and ensuring satisfaction
• Ability to provide Training and post-sales support where necessary
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using remote work tools and platforms
• Background in fitness, wellness, or related industries is a plus
